Walter Is the main principal and designated broker for Sunrise Property Services. Walter’s career includes 11 years with CBRE as an industrial specialist followed by the co-founding in 1994 of a local real estate development and commercial construction company, Rio West Development & Construction, Inc. Over the course of Walter’s career he has developed, constructed and managed in excess of 2 million square feet of industrial, office, retail, medical and specialty type projects including schools, churches and assisted living facilities. Walter is a LEED AP® and brings to the relationship a broad spectrum of expertise that includes commercial leasing, tenant representation, construction management and development services. With over 30 years of management, development and construction experience you can feel confident you property will have the expertise needed for the assignment.

Deb Bryant has been a property manager since June 2007 and manages office, retail, and industrial properties along with Owners Associations. Deb has brought to Sunrise, over 20 years of international customer service and understands the importance of meeting our owners and tenants service needs.

Deb has been a member of BOMA Tucson since January 2012 and has been a board member since November 2013. Deb is currently serving as BOMA Treasurer and Co-Chairman of the Education Committee and at the same time working on her BOMI RPA and FMA designations.
